We had over 100 cars in the pits waiting for qualifying, and drivers waiting for the
announcement that the tire truck had arrived. When the truck got in the pits it
didn't take long for the truck to be emptied by the help of the drivers waiting to
get tire on their cars so they could qualify. This caused a delay in starting time
trials for each division. Due to the delay the 100 lap Sportsman was cut to 50 lap,
but still paid the $1500 to the winner, and the Modified Mini race was cut from 75
laps to 50 laps and paid $1000 to the winner. Their was action all night for the
enjoyment of the fans in the grandstand. The winners for each class are as
follows:
